Hi, I’m Sophie!
I am a Project/Business Manager and Virtual Assistant. I have vast experience as a non-clinical senior manager within the NHS with substantial change, project, and operational management skills.
My Story
I hold a BA Honours degree in Computer Science, an MSc in Health Informatics, and an MSc in Management and am PRINCE2 qualified. I have built my expertise and experience in various roles over the last 18 years, and I have demonstrated successful outcomes.
I thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same and continuously look for opportunities to make the most of my skills while enhancing my personal and professional development.
During my career, I have led several significant operational changes. As a result, I can relate successfully to people at all levels and manage large-scale operations.
The experience I have gained working within the public and private sectors has been instrumental in my growth in reaching a senior position.

I have excellent interpersonal skills and experience in staff management and patient-level care services. In addition, I have the ability to transform a solution idea into reality while ensuring individual needs, good morale, and quality care are maintained. The aforementioned being a personal and professional passion that drives me to succeed and continuously improve services and working practices.
I became a PA for a kitchen company during my maternity break and completed a Level 7 Diploma in Executive PA, followed by an AAT Bookkeeping Foundation course.
